Annual Passholder previews have officially started at Epic Universe!

From April 17th to May 8th, 2025, Annual Passholders have the opportunity to purchase tickets to preview this brand-new park before it opens to the public on May 22nd, 2025. Select preview dates have already sold out, and we are here on the first sold-out day — come with us to see how the crowds are!
Annual Passholders can snag their preview tickets on the Universal Orlando Resort app, so long as their Annual Pass is linked. If you are a new Universal Orlando Passholder, you must scan into a park at least once to activate your pass.

When Epic Universe officially opens, Annual Passholders will not be able to gain entry unless they purchase select special one-day tickets. If you have not been able to grab your AP preview tickets, you should do so as soon as possible, as the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 26th of April, along with the 3rd of May, have already sold out.

So, what does a sold-out Annual Passholder preview day look like? We are so glad you asked! We were fortunate enough to gain Early Entry just a bit before 10 AM and were able to use the exclusive Helios Grand Hotel Epic Universe entrance to enter the park easily.

We were one of the first waves of people to enter the park for the day, and since the exclusive entrance drops us off in Celestial Park, it was not too crowded.

Currently, only Stardust Racers in Celestial Park and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD are open for Early Entry. Still, this includes Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, Yoshi’s Adventure, Mine-Cart Madness, and Stardust Racers. So after we got into the park, we headed straight to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD.

While people were going up the escalators, it wasn’t packed. We know that since we were able to enter before the park opened, our experience with crowds at the start of our day was a breeze.
Once the park was officially open, we headed to How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, where the crowds started to pick up.

Once we wrapped up in Isle of Berk and headed back out into Celestial Park, the portal was not too crowded.

We will continue to keep an eye on the crowds so as always, to stay up to date on all the latest theme park news, continue to follow along with us here at AllEars!
