We've Got BRAND NEW Details for the Villains Attraction Coming to Disney World!

Things are about to get WICKED.

And no, we don’t mean like Glinda and Elphaba — we’re talking Disney Villains! The new Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After show is officially opening in May, and Disney just released a bunch of new details. Let’s get into it!

Unfairly Ever After will officially open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 27th, 2025! Originally, Disney shared new details about the show and said that the Magic Mirror summons some of your favorite Disney Villains who will break through the glass and explain why we’ve misunderstood them. After the villains share their side of the story, “In the end, it will be on you to make the final call in a delightfully wicked finale filled with dozens of the most infamous evildoers awaiting your decision from within the Mirror’s realm.”

Now we know the Magic Mirror will summon YOU to help him decide who’s been the most unfairly treated. These villains will plead their case about why they’ve been treated most unfairly over the years.

Disney also said, “In the end, it’s you who decides who has been treated the most unfairly. But…choose wisely. You never know who might have a poisoned apple up their sleeve.” Uh oh!

We already knew that 57 villains would somehow be featured in the show based on the concept art, but Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, and Maleficent will be the stars of the show.

This show takes the place of Lightning McQueen Racing Academy, which closed in October. Disney says the Sunset Showcase theater will have a brand new stage for the show and comfortable theater-style seating. This will be a nice change after the bench seating. We can’t wait to see what it’s like!
