It’s time for one of our favorite times each month — when we find out about the monthly additions coming to one of our favorite Disney Springs restaurants!

Each month, Gideon’s Bakehouse announces seasonal offerings that are only available for the month, and you’ll want to check them out so you can strategically plan when you’ll stop by on your next trip. And let’s just say that this month’s offerings are truly out of this world!
Returning this month is the beloved The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie, which is laced with Freshly Ground Locally Roasted Decaf Espresso and fully covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces. It’ll be available every day of March, but there’s a limit of two per person.

Or you can grab a Peanut Butter Cold Brew Double Frosted Cake slice! This is a chocolate cake with a full layer of Peanut Butter Buttercream and Mocha Espresso Buttercream, plus Reese’s Pieces and peanut butter cups. Slices are only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays in March, though, so plan accordingly!

Speaking of cake, here’s the full schedule for March.

Also available every day this month is the new Beehive Nitro Cold Brew! This drink features flavors of honey and cinnamon, PLUS it’s made with locally roasted Lineage beans. The cold brew lineup has also changed this month — this month, you can grab The Original Peanut Butter Cold Brew, Classic Nitro Cold Brew, French Toast Cold Brew, and Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cold Brew.

If you’re into collecting Gideon’s collectible merchandise, this month, you can grab multiple items inspired by the new character Quinby Carpenter to support bee charities and education in Florida! Items include Gideon’s Beehive Wild Honey, Quinby Carpenter T-Shirt, Gideon’s Beehive Wild Honey Candle, Quinby Carpenter Art Print, and Year of the Gargoyle Pin: Royal Edition. This merch goes fast, so grab it while you can!
And every weekend in March, you can grab the extra special Spiced Peach Almond Galette! This is a flaky scratch-made pie dough filled with cinnamon almond cream, spiced peaches, and oat crumble created by the Pastry R&D Lead at Gideon’s, Marla Merrill!

We can’t wait to try out some of these delicious offerings, and if you don’t want to wait in the long line at Disney Springs, remember that there’s a second Gideon’s Bakehouse location (the original location, actually) located at East End Market in Orlando!
