Disney has announced that the restaurant, located at the Caribbean Beach Resort, is closing in the next few months. However, it won’t be down for long…

According to Disney, Sebastian’s Bistro will close on March 24th, and is “expected to reopen at the end of March. Guests may see and hear construction in the area until work is completed.”

As of now, the Walt Disney World calendar is showing the restaurant taking new reservations beginning on the 29th, which would indicate the refurbishment will be a short one. However, that can obviously change.

Sebastian’s Bistro, which Disney calls a place where guests can transport their “taste buds to ‘island time’ with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors”, is one of the best deals on Disney property.
