Unfortunately, streaming services have been canceling popular shows pretty often lately, and even promising numbers aren’t always enough to keep a show alive.

Just recently, we saw a new Star Wars show canceled at Disney+ after one season. Two popular CBS shows were canceled earlier this year, and some of these shows deserve redemption. We’re sad to say that for fans of these TWO shows, we have some bad news.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix canceled a series called Unstable. This was a show that followed Rob Lowe as the “extremely eccentric head of a biotechnology company” along with John Owen Lowe as his son, who joined the firm to save both the business and his dad from spiraling out of control. The show ran for two seasons on Netflix. While its first season did break into Netflix’s top 10 one week and onto Nielsen’s streaming rankings twice, the second season failed to show up on either.

However, that’s not the only cancelation that just occurred — Kaos, the dark comedy based on Roman and Greek mythology, was canceled. It only got one season, and this announcement comes about six weeks after the debut, despite the series getting on Netflix’s top 10 charts for English-language series in each of its first four weeks, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows Jeff Goldblum as Zeus, “who has chained fellow god Prometheus to a cliff as punishment for interfering with Zeus’ rule.” Prometheus hopes to overthrow Zeus with the help of three humans.

I stopped watching Kai’s after 3 episodes, and now that it has been cancelled, glad so did. For a supposed comedy, it wasn’t very funny and the show took itself too seriously.
