It’s a great time to be a Marvel fan.
Not only did we just recently get the announcement that Robert Downey Jr. is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (for an entirely new role), but we’re also three episodes into the witchy new Marvel series Agatha All Along (and it is NOT disappointing). We also had the release of the highly-anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine earlier this year, and now we know when that movie is coming to digital and home video.
You’ll be able to watch Deadpool & Wolverine at home on October 1st. The movie will be available to buy via digital services. You’ll also be able to buy it on Blu-Ray on October 22nd.

However, we still do not have a release date for Deadpool & Wolverine arriving on Disney+, but if previous movies like Inside Out 2 are an example, it could be about six weeks after its home video release. Doing the math, that means we might see Deadpool & Wolverine on Disney+ around the first or second week of November. However, we won’t know for sure until Disney announces that date.
Believe it or not, Deadpool & Wolverine are also setting their eyes on the Academy Awards. According to Variety, the film is not only aiming for nominations for aim for nominations in technical categories, but it’s also campaigning for Hugh Jackman to be nominated for Best Supporting Actor. Deadpool & Wolverine is also the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time.
