NEW Concept Art Released for Disney's Residential Community

Disney just released a first look at inside the Incredible Parr House coming soon to Disney’s new Storyliving by Disney community!

Cotino is the first Storyliving by Disney community which is scheduled to open in 2025. Cotino will be located in Rancho Mirage, California, welcoming homeowners of all ages to a unique community.

Disney has previously released some sneak peeks of what to expect with this new community, and now we are getting a first look at the Incredibles-themed Parr House at Cotino!

Construction is being completed by the Davidson Group and Disney just released some concept art for the inside of this building. The Parr House is inspired by the Incredibles 2 family home and will be gathering place full of amenities for members of the Artisan Club.

The Artisan Club is a voluntary club that seeks to “foster connection, discovery, and creativity for its members.” Members of the Artisan Club will need to pay a membership fee and annual dues but will be provided with a variety of amenities and special programming.

One of the special amenities of the Artisan Club will be the Parr House. The Parr House will be a gathering space for “club events, celebrations, and limited overnight accommodations for club members.” It will be located along the shoreline of Cotino Bay and will be inspired by mid-century modern architecture and the family home of the Helen and Bob Parr in Incredibles 2.

The Parr House will even include details sprinkled throughout the house that will be inspired by the Incredibles. In the Parr House Kitchen, you may notice boxes of Sugar Bombs and Fiber O’s on the shelf and the family’s schedule scribbled on the Insuricare calendar.

The home will even feature a first-floor art studio and bedrooms designed to reflect the style of Incredibles characters such as Edna Mode, Jack-Jack, Violet, “Frozone”, and Dash.
