We would like to introduce you to a working model of Star Tours. That’s right, this model can make you feel like you are actually experiencing the attraction from the comfort of your home.

The Star Tours StarSpeeder 3000 Vehicle Play Set is a limited edition working model that includes an LCD screen with authentic attraction content and features scale seats with seat belts, opening doors, blasters with sound effects and reversible light-up display stand.

This play set is a limited release of only 3,000 and we got to take a look at it at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. The screen shows authentic attraction content, and the doors open with the chime. The interior lighting is sequenced to the screen and even the seat belts work!

While the price may seem slightly steep at $300, we are so impressed with all the features of this model! The set also includes collectible RX-24 and R2-D2 Droid Factory figures. This Star Tours Play Set will be available on the DisneyStore beginning August 12th at 8AM PT.
