This is a separately ticketed After Hours event taking place on select nights throughout the summer. It’s the cheapest of Disney World’s After Hours events, and not only will you get to ride all the most popular attractions with little to no waits, but you’ll also get to try some special snacks that won’t be available any other time!

H2O Glow is happening on select nights from May 25th through August 31st, 2024. It’s a 3-hour nighttime event that allows you to enjoy Typhoon Lagoon AT NIGHT with lower wait times and complimentary treats. That means you can enjoy things like ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select fountain beverages…FOR FREE!

This year, FIVE new menu items and one returning treat will be available during H2O Glow. Look out for the NEW H2O Jalapeño Popper Burger at Leaning Palms, an Angus bacon cheeseburger topped with pepper jam, cream cheese spread, an onion ring, and two jalapeño poppers.

Looking for another NEW treat? Stop by Typhoon Tilly’s for the Spiced Chicken Strip Waffle Wrap! This one features sriracha and maple-spiced chicken strips with bacon and coleslaw wrapped in a specialty waffle.

We found that the waffle had a nice maple flavor with a light bubble waffle texture.

Up next, we HAVE to talk about the Bathtub Float at the Snack Shack. This incredible creation is made with DOLE Whip and DOLE Whip strawberry, green matcha tea soft-serve, and Sprite topped with whipped cream, popping boba pearls, cherries, and blue simple syrup in a souvenir bathtub.

We found that the strawberry and matcha flavors were a little creamier than the pineapple DOLE Whip, but everything worked surprisingly well together. The Sprite soda was mixed with a blue raspberry syrup, so it reminded us of a blue raspberry soda. Our dessert was SWEET (very messy), but overall, it was fun, colorful, and flavorful. Be warned — this treat melts QUICKLY!

Bathtub Float

There’s more where that came from! You can also try the new Strawberry-Green Matcha Swirl Cone from the Snack Shack! This one is a waffle cone with DOLE Whip strawberry and green matcha tea soft-serve, topped with assorted candy.

Look out, ours was MESSY, as you can see, but surprisingly good! We loved the candy toppings and strawberry Pocky sticks. This one is probably best for kids, but make sure to grab LOTS of napkins. The matcha has a light flavor, and the strawberry wasn’t overpowering, either. Overall, this was a fun little dessert!
