We can’t wait for 1900 Park Fare, the classic character dining location at the Grand Floridian Resort, to re-open!
We know that the restaurant will re-open on April 10th after being closed for nearly four years! And we learned recently that some new characters will be joining the fun. Now we spotted a big sign that the remodeling inside the restaurant is making progress!
While checking out what’s new at the Grand Floridian Resort today, we noticed that 1900 Park Fare has a new shade of blue at the restaurant’s entrance!
Disney has promised us that the beloved strawberry soup on the buffet will be back, and that “Big Bertha,” an antique organ that has been on display at the Grand Floridian since its 1988 opening, will be the centerpiece of the dining room. But Disney has some surprises in store they don’t want us to see just yet, so they have covered the glass on the windows. No peeking!
We know there is a NEW mural coming to the restaurant, and Disney is promising us more news about 1900 Park Fare on March 5th! We can’t wait to meet Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Tiana on opening day! Keep following us here at All Ears for all the details!

They need to add Mary Poppins and Alice. We will miss The Mad Hatter but he scared many of the children. All the other characters, except for Aladdin
seem ok. Maybe they could rotate these characters so they only have 4 at each meal……………
But not having Mary Poppins is just sad and where are the penguins???
