If you answered “yes” then get ready for the best news you’ll hear all day. A new destination is soon to be offered on the Carnival Cruise Line, and private is exactly what you’ll get!

Carnival cruises often travel to ports that are owned by the company Carnival Corps. These locations are ones like Mahogany Bay in Roatan, Honduras, Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic, and more. But none of those are private and exclusive to the Carnival ships.

But starting in 2025, guests will have the option to pick the new and exclusive destination in The Bahamas, Celebration Key! In a new announcement from Carnival, the destination will be made up of areas that they are calling portals. Each of these will offer a mix of fun activities, dining, and shopping.

Christine Duffy, the cruise line’s president, stated, “No one does fun like Carnival and we are designing Celebration Key, and its five portals, with endless ways for our guests to unlock their own kind of fun in this incredible paradise that also celebrates the beauty of Grand Bahama. Celebration Key is uniquely positioned to bring an island experience to our diverse range of guests, in a way that lets them choose their slice of ‘paradise.'”

The five portals will be the “Welcome Portal,” the “Family-Friendly Portal,” the “Adult-Friendly Portal,” “The Private Club Portal,” and the “Retail Portal.” There will be a DJ and the Adult-Friendly Portal and beach activities at the Family-Friendly Portal. If you’re looking for some retail therapy, try the Retail Portal.
