Have you ever wanted to work at Disney World? Take it from us (some of our staff and team members used to be Disney Cast Members), it’s a TON of fun!

Many people start their Cast Member journey by working in the Disney College Program, which is an internship opportunity for college students and recent graduates (must have graduated no more than 24 months ago). If you’ve ever wanted to participate in this incredible internship, we’ve got great news — applications are now OPEN!

Now, the Disney College Program is very competitive, and not everyone is accepted on their first try. That’s okay! We suggest trying again and again if it’s something you know you want to do. In fact, some AllEars staff members had to apply a few times before getting accepted to the program.

You must be at least 18 years old and have completed at least one semester of an accredited college or higher education by the time your program begins.

If you’ve taken part in the program before, you must wait at least four months before applying to a new Disney College Program. Where can you expect to work at Disney during your program, you may ask? Well, the possibilities include:

  • Operations (Rides)
  • Entertainment
  • Lodging
  • Food & Beverage
  • Retail/Sales
  • Recreation

The internship starts at $16 an hour and opportunities can last from 4-12 months (with most spanning 4-8 months).  Internship members will stay in the Flamingo Crossings apartments during their time at Disney.
