Disney’s newest animated movie Wish just premiered digitally today and with it comes a lot of feels!
Disney’s Wish was a beautiful love letter to the studio’s 100th Anniversary and the themes of wishing and dreaming encapsulate everything the Walt Disney Studio strives to deliver. But now, Disney released something new that was cut from the film!
With Wish making its digital debut on January 23rd, Walt Disney Studios Animation released an exclusive clip of a cut song with USA Today.
“A Wish Worth Making” is a cut song from the movie sung by Saba Sabino (voiced by Victor Garber). In the cut song, Sabino is singing to Asha and Sakina about the types of wishes worth making. You can listen to it here!
Excuse us while we go grab tissues because the song is incredibly endearing! With the entire plot of Wish revolving around one King’s power to grant wishes he chooses, this song offers a fresh perspective on how our characters feel about the importance of their personal wishes.
