BREAKING! Universal Orlando Announces TWO New Hotels!

Who’s excited for a NEW theme park in the Orlando area?!

Universal’s Epic Universe is currently under construction, and set to open in summer 2025. We can’t wait to check out the new lands and rides that come with the theme park, but before it opens, it looks like we’ll be getting some new hotels to explore!

Universal has announced that two new properties will be added to their hotel portfolio in Orlando. Co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co, Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort will each feature 750 new guest rooms.

These hotels will fall into Universal’s Prime Value category and they’re set to open in January 2025. According to the company, “Universal Stella Nova Resort is inspired by distant galaxies, new stars, and mysterious black holes, while Universal Terra Luna Resort is inspired by the massive and diverse planetary elements of the universe.”

The Loews Hotels website notes that Stella Nova will open on January 21st, 2025, and that Terra Luna will open on February 25th, 2025, but those dates have not yet been confirmed publicly by Universal. We’ll keep an eye out for a specific announcement.

The hotels will be located adjacent to the site of Epic Universe and will be able to access CityWalk and the other Universal Orlando parks via complimentary shuttles.
