EPCOT is an exciting place to be right now!
The huge years-long transformation is nearing an end and we’ve been enjoying the new attractions that have come out of it like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. But now, we’ve got some news about EPCOT’s newest attraction — Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana!
Disney just announced that Journey of Water will soft open TOMORROW October 6th, 2023. The official opening date is October 16th, but you’ll be able to step foot inside the new attraction on certain days and hours between October 6th and 15th.
During this soft opening period, a Virtual Queue might be available to join after you enter EPCOT at 9AM until it reaches capacity or is no longer being used. This queue can be joined in the My Disney Experience app. Disney used a similar system during some of the Annual Passholder previews.
