EPCOT is full of fun surprises, big and small!

Run into a bunch of rare characters? Yep! Catch a new detail every time you ride Living With the Land? It happens. Now, EPCOT added a brand new detail that Disney fans are going to want to see!

There is a lot going on at EPCOT right now — the 100th anniversary celebrations kicked off with new experiences, Soarin’ Over California is back, and Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is getting ready to open.

If you head over to Mission: SPACE, you’ll want to look down. Here, you’ll see the new in-park display of rover tracks on Mars. Pretty neat, huh?

Disney said that NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory provided images for Imagineers to reference, a 3D print file that recreates sample tubes used on Mars, and loaned a prototype wheel of the Perseverance rover that created the tread marks you see here. These tread marks are identical to the ones currently on Mars!
