The time has finally arrived, Halloween fans!

If you’re a big fan of the spooky, scary part of Halloween, then you’ll want to head to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando. We’re here on the first night of the event to show you EVERYTHING you can expect!
Getting In
We parked, walked through CityWalk, and headed to the park…but it was absolutely pouring! We’re ready to brave the weather, though, because it’s the first night!
We’re here at the gates to Halloween Horror Nights and it is WET. Our shoes and socks may already be soggy, but we’re still ready for #HHN32! Are you? 😈 pic.twitter.com/FMFcFcdZvG

You’ll need to have a Halloween Horror Nights ticket for this event, which is separate from a normal Universal park ticket.

These nights can sell out, so be sure to get your ticket in advance!
Crowds
On our way to the parks, we walked through CityWalk where many people were leaving. Not only does Universal Studios close early, but as we said, it was pouring when we entered!

Crowds simmered down as we made our way toward the park entrance.

At 15 minutes before the event started, this is what the crowds looked like. Everyone was anxious to get into the park!
We’re T-15 minutes until the official start of #HHN32, and the rain has NOT let up! Stay tuned to see what happens with the Opening Scaremonies…🌧️ pic.twitter.com/0a4vvPwIWq

The fog has started to roll in…still not clear whether the full Opening Scaremonies will happen due to the bad weather. Fingers crossed! 😶🌫️🤞 pic.twitter.com/ZfNUezISLV

Atmosphere
Although we were hoping to see the opening scaremonies, the weather did not allow that. Nevertheless, we’re excited to get past the gates and the announcements put us in the spooky mood!
Dr. Oddfellow didn’t make an appearance at tonight’s Opening Scaremonies, but there WAS an audio introduction! Let the HORROR begin! 😈 #HHN32 pic.twitter.com/lzJ0d9sVSQ

The Tribute Store is always a highlight of visiting Universal, and this year’s Halloween Horror Nights store is themed like a comic book shop!

Scare Zones
Throughout the park, you’ll find Scare Zones that are different from the Haunted Houses. In these areas of the park, you’ll find terrifying monsters wandering ready to scare the living daylights out of you.
Take a look at the Vamp ‘69: Summer of Blood scare zone!

Although it is not an official scare zone, Diagon Alley is now home to Death Eaters for the first time! This is a huge draw for fans of the Harry Potter movies.
Nowhere is SAFE this year at #HHN32! Death Eaters are now roaming around Diagon Alley, a previously scare-free location at the event. Do you LOVE this change, or wish there was still a safe-zone? 😰 pic.twitter.com/XeunkcKBmJ

Nightmare Fuel: Revenge Dream is the big stage show for Halloween Horror Nights.
If you guessed Nightmare Fuel: Revenge Dream, you’re right! Previous iterations of this show have really brought the WOW factor, so we’re excited to see what this year’s version has in store! 🔥🖤 #HHN32 pic.twitter.com/NwD75p9GEV

The performers are spectacular and it’s a great excuse to rest your feet for a little while.

If you’re lucky, you’ll run into the M3GANs doing their dance!

As a reminder, this event is pretty intense! It’s recommended for those 13 and above, and if you’re someone who really isn’t into being frightened, this may be an event you want to avoid since there’s really no way around the scare zones in the park.

However, if you’re putting on your brave face and going, we suggest maybe going later in the season after watching our YouTube video (which is coming to the channel soon!) so you know where the scares are.

As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest news and enjoy the scares this season!
