Miley Cyrus and Disney Team Up for NEW Special Performance

Disney+ has pumped out a ton of great content since it first debuted, and so far it’s only getting better.

The Mandalorian season three just premiered, and we just caught the first trailer for Peter Pan & Wendy coming soon. An all-new special event was just announced for Disney+, and it’s got us wanting to party in the U.S.A.

Disney and Miley Cyrus have come a long way since the Hannah Montana days, and now they’re reuniting to celebrate the singer-songwriter’s eighth studio album, Endless Summer Vacation.

The original special event, Miley Cyrus — Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions) will premiere only on Disney+ on March 10th at 1ET/10ET! Cyrus serves as executive producer on this performance, which showcases music from the new album — yes, that means Flowers.

In case you haven’t heard it yet, Flowers has been No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart since it first debuted six weeks ago.

Miley will be performing seven additional songs from her album, plus a prior hit and a special appearance with iconic musician Rufus Wainwright. You’ll also be able to catch interviews in Frank Sinatra’s former Los Angeles home where the music video for Flowers was shot.

The first “Backyard Sessions” Miley hosted back in 2012 became a viral hit, with her cover of Dolly Parton’s Jolene bringing the song back into the spotlight for new fans.

Endless Summer Vacation will be available globally on March 10th, the same date the Backyard Sessions premiere on Disney+ — so make sure you mark your calendar!
