Here’s an idea:
Go to both parks in Tokyo Disney. Spend some time doing a list of things there.
Then fly to LA, a non-stop flight is 10 hours but crosses 16 time zones so it will be earlier in the day when you arrive in LA than it was in Tokyo when you left.
If you leave Tokyo at 5 pm, you can get to LA at 11 am. Then you can do a bunch of stuff in DL and DCA. 4 parks, 2 continents, one day! Expensive, Exhausting, but Exciting.
