From the teeniest, tiniest food stand to the most elegant fine-dining experience, we’ve tried a lot of theme park foods. But, no matter the season, time, or place, a good old chicken sandwich is sure to brighten up our day. That’s the beauty of chicken; it’s a classic for a reason!

Now, next time you find yourself in Universal Studios Hollywood, you can grab a fresh chicken sandwich at a new location!
Welcome, Chick Chick Chicken, to Universal Studios Hollywood! This new restaurant is located where LudoBird previously lived on CityWalk. As the name implies, this restaurant specializes in chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders.

Of course, we couldn’t stop by the grand opening without ordering some food! We tried the new Nashville Hot N’ Spicy Chicken Sandwich for $10.99.

This restaurant offers different food options with different levels of spiciness, so we went for a level 2 “hotter spice” sandwich. Our sandwich contained a spicy hand-breaded chicken breast, bread & butter pickles, classic coleslaw, and a brioche bun.

The chicken in this sandwich was soft and juicy with a fairly spicy flavor. Our level 2 spiciness definitely lived up to its name; the chicken was pretty spicy, but not too extreme. That said, the spice was the main flavor we tasted in each bite.

Our bun was a little dry, but it did its job and kept our sandwich together. The coleslaw added a nice crunch to each bite, though the flavor was a little bland. We loved the pickles — they were nice and crunchy with the perfect hint of sweetness.

We also grabbed an order of French Fries for $4.99. These fries had a light dusting of spice that added a nice boost of flavor to the snack! If you like crispy, fluffy fries, you’ll probably enjoy these.

Overall, the service was excellent and speedy (especially on opening day!), and we truly enjoyed our meal! If you’re looking for a quick but tasty snack, stop by Chick Chick Chicken in Universal Studios Hollywood. In the meantime, stay tuned for all the latest theme park news and updates!
