There’s no way around it — Spider-Man: No Way Home is a big deal (even the trailer broke records!). After a very strong start on opening night, it seems that Spidey is on his way to the top of the box office records!

Today, we’re taking a look at Spider-Man’s record-breaking box office performance!
After its fourth week at the box office, Spider-Man: No Way Home has earned a grand total of $668 million in the U.S., surpassing Titanic‘s $659.3 million domestic sales, according to Deadline. Worldwide, the movie has earned $1.53 billion, making it the eighth-highest earning movie of all time.

Regardless of who’s your favorite Spider-Man, there’s been a LOT of love for this movie. Spider-Man: No Way Home had a record-breaking start with the second-biggest opening day and one of the biggest opening weekends of all time, with only Avengers: Endgame having a bigger premiere.

The new film is just $10 million away from passing Avengers: Infinity War to the fifth-highest grossing movie.

The film still has a bit to go if it is going to take Marvel’s top spot, but it has still impressed many fans in the box office! We’re always keeping up with the latest Disney news, so stay tuned here for more.
