Half of the Top 10 Priciest Orange County Homes Sold in 2021 Can Be Found in Disney World!

Did you know that Disney World has an entire community of multi-million dollar homes? The neighborhood, known as Golden Oak, is located on the northern end of Disney World property.

Owning a home in the Golden Oak community will cost you a pretty penny, and according to Orlando Sentinel, they account for half of the top-selling homes in 2021.

Orlando Sentinel released a report of the top-selling homes in Orange County, Florida, and “Golden Oak had the highest number of deals across the top 10 most expensive homes sales in 2021.”

The top selling home from Golden Oak sold in June of 2021 for $7.5 million according to the article, which came in fourth overall for the year. The remaining Golden Oak homes on the top 10 list sold for $6.45 million, $6.4 million, $6.195 million, and $5.999 million. Most of these homes were acquired by LLCs.

Other homes on the list include Shaquille O’Neal’s Isleworth mansion which sold for $11 million as well as PGA legend Payne Stewart’s home which sold for $7.12 million. Be sure to follow along for all of the latest news and updates from around Disney World!
