Happy holidays, AllEars readers! Over at Disneyland, we’ve been treated to holiday events like Merriest Nites and Festival of Holidays. And outside of the holidays, we also saw the launch of Disney Genie at Disneyland Resort.

If you’ve used the new service at Disneyland Resort, you might be getting a very important message soon.
Disney Genie had a bit of a rough start at Disneyland Resort, with the service down from 10 AM until about 4 PM and Disney’s DAS (Disability Access Service) also going down for most of December 8th.

For Disneyland Resort guests who purchased Disney Genie+ or Individual Attraction Selection reservations on December 8th, Disney will be reaching out to you about “recovery” soon.

Disney Genie is now fully operational at Disneyland Resort, and we’ve even seen the service’s surge pricing in action.

We’re always keeping up with the latest Disney news, so stay tuned here for more!
