Feeling merry? EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays is jam-packed with festive food, activities, and holiday spirit! With so many things to see and do in Disney World for the holiday season, you might not know about all the seasonal offerings in the parks and resorts!

Starting last year, Disney introduced Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition to the Festival of the Holidays. This is an adorable scavenger hunt that takes guests all around the World Showcase to look for Olaf! Curious how it works? You’re in the right place! We’re giving you a full look at our scavenger hunt around EPCOT!
To start, you need to purchase a map for $9.99 from World Traveler, Port of Entry, or the Creations Shop.

On one side, you’ll find the list of the countries and a map of World Showcase.

On the other side you’ll find stickers and descriptions of the different items you’ll find near Olaf.Â

Now, let’s get hunting!
As you browse the World Showcase, you’ll try to match the holiday traditions on Olaf’s sleigh to the locations on the map. Once you find all the traditions, you can take your map to Disney Traders, the Creations Shop, or World Traveler at International Gateway and receive a special prize.

This year, the prize is a Disney lanyard…

…a 2021 Mickey Lanyard Pouch…

…or a Tinker Bell lanyard pouch. (Not exactly the most festive prizes, but still useful!) It seems the “official” prizes have not yet arrived, so these are the ones you can pick from at the moment.

SPOILERS AHEAD! Here are a few places we found Olaf in EPCOT this year! Some were easier than others.
The Canada pavilion has some stunning landscaping, delicious steak, and Olaf!

You’ll find Olaf near some beautiful flowers and plants in the gardens at the pavilion.

Time to head to the UK Pavilion!Â

There, you’ll find Olaf sitting on his sleigh in the back of the pavilion, near the stage.

At the L’Chaim Holiday Kitchen, you’ll find Olaf sitting on top of the booth, taking a look at the food below!

In Morocco, Olaf is celebrating on top of the Oasis Sweets & Sips area!

Moving through the World Showcase, we headed to Japan next! If you head to the Japan pavilion, you can find Olaf relaxing near the front of the pavilion. He’s got a special sweet treat on his sleigh.

And that’s just a peek at some of Olaf’s hiding spots around World Showcase. We’ll leave the rest of the hunting to you! Once you’re done with the scavenger hunt, remember to show your completed map to a Cast Member at one of the redemption spots so you can get your prize.

The activity is simple but a really fun way to fully explore EPCOT and find little details you might otherwise walk right by! You can buy this activity for your kiddos to keep them entertained, or just get it for yourself as a fun way to spend your time in the park. We’ll continue to share more fun things you can do in Disney World for the holidays, so stay tuned for more!
