The treat is called the 50th Anniversary Dessert. It’s a chocolate pyramid that’s been decorated with EARidescent pastel colors and a big “50” logo.

Inside the pyramid, you’ll find Mexican chocolate mousse and toffee, and it’s all sitting on top of a traditional tres leches cake, with four scoops of caramel-covered ice cream at the corners.

There’s even a little decoration sticking out the top for the celebration! And the pastel colors are reminiscent of the colors we’ve seen all over the parks, including on Spaceship Earth’s Beacon of Light transformation.

A word of warning: the chocolate pyramid is actually kind of hard to get into. You really have to hit it hard to get through the chocolate layer and to the mousse and toffee inside!
