It’s no secret that Disney+ has been killing it with the streaming content lately. Between WandaVision, Loki, and The Mandalorian, we’ve had plenty of original movies and shows to keep us busy!
Yesterday evening was a great night for Disney! Some of our favorite Disney shows were recognized at the 2021 Creative Arts Emmys Awards Show — let’s take a look!
It seems like even the Creative Arts Emmys judges are part of the Baby Yoda craze; Disney+’s The Mandalorian secured 3 total wins last night according to Deadline!
Are you team Baby Yoda?
The Mandalorian won awards for “Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Comedy Or Drama Series (One Hour),” “Outstanding Cinematography For A Single-Camera Series (Half-Hour),” and “Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup.”
Meanwhile, WandaVision, your not-so-average-Marvel-series, won two Creative Emmy awards, including “Outstanding Production Design For A Narrative Program (Half-Hour)” and “Outstanding Fantasy/Sci-Fi Costumes.”
It was an impressive night for Disney+, as the streaming service earned six wins! Meanwhile, the Walt Disney Company won 10 awards total: 3 for The Mandalorian, 3 for Pose, 2 for WandaVision, 1 for The Connors and 1 for The Oscars.
