We’ve continued to see parks make major changes when it comes to the health and safety measures that they are following moving forward.

Magic Kingdom

This week, the CDC announced officially that those who are fully vaccinated no longer have to wear a mask at most spots indoors or outdoors. Currently, the vaccine is available to all adults, and it’s in the process of becoming available to people aged 12 to 15.

Although the Disney Parks haven’t made any big alterations to its health and safety procedures just yet, Hershey Park in Pennsylvania will no longer require guests who are fully vaccinated to wear face coverings or social distance.

Despite the huge change, Hershey Park will not be requiring proof of guests’ vaccination status. They will be asking guests to adapt their face covering situations according to the honor system. People who haven’t been fully vaccinated are still required to wear face masks and distance while they are in the theme park.

Other theme parks like Dollywood in Tennessee have also begun relaxing its own health and safety restrictions moving forward after this CDC recommendation. We’ll have to keep you updated about the state of the Disney Parks over the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned with All Ears for the latest Disney news!
