This May Be The LAST Place You’d Look For a Disney Souvenir!

When you’re visiting Walt Disney World, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by all the different souvenirs that are on display almost everywhere you look.

Disney Merchandise

And, while it’s fun to pick up the latest Disney t-shirt or trendy plush, there are actually quite a few customizable Disney souvenirs that make it easy to bring home something that is unique to you! There are customizable t-shirts, parasols, and even m&ms. And, now there’s another new souvenir in Disney World that you get to make yourself!

Over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you can take home one of the most unique Disney souvenirs during the Paint Your Disney Story activity. Located in the new Enchanted Rose Lounge on the second floor of the main hotel building, guests can meet Cast Members in Belle’s Library to paint their own ceramic storybook box and “create your own Disney story.”

Paint Your Disney Story is a great afternoon activity to do outside of the parks!

When you arrive in the library, the Cast Member will have you select six colors that you would like to use to paint your storybook.

Then, you’ll get a white ceramic storybook to paint however you’d like! They had a few examples on the table — one looked just like the cover of a book titled Beauty and the Beast (how fitting)…

…and the other was painted purple with Cinderella Castle drawn on the inside of the box!

It doubles as extra storage!

This activity takes place in the Enchanted Rose from 12:30PM to 2:30PM and costs $15 per ceramic storybook. Just be sure to arrive by 1:30PM if you’d like to participate and get to painting your very own Disney souvenir! Stay tuned for more Disney news and updates!
