Footage of the arrest also indicates Sills was heard saying he can’t be trespassed due to the price of his vacation. “I paid $15,000. You can’t trespass me for paying $15,000,” said Sills, who had been staying at Saratoga Springs according to the Orlando Sentinel. Sills was trespassed from all Disney property and has recently pleaded not guilty on a charge of trespassing.

  1. Why would anyone care about having their temp taken unless they knew they had elevated temperature. If that is the case, he should have the book thrown at him for attempting to enter the area and potentially sicken others. If he thinks his $15K vacation buys him special treatment, I can’t imagine the perks that all the money I have left the mouse over the years should be getting me. All that said, it will be interesting to see what the court has to say about the fact that he did pay to enter the general Disney properties. Even though he was well warned of the rules on temp check and masking, it may be hard to nail him on trespass.

  2. Wow, so much entitlement here. No matter what you pay, it doesn’t give you any right to ignore the rules of a place

  3. I bet his family is absolutely thrilled with him. And if he used DVC points, they won’t be refunded. He clearly must have thought Disney would just let him slide, but no dice. And what do we have for our departing losing guest, Don Pardo? And when he gets back to his hometown and his family, friends, and co-workers all say ” How,was the Disney vacation?” He says ? Let me guess ” Disney were jerks and were totally unreasonable”
