If you’re a big Disney fan, then you likely know all about Imagineering!
Walt Disney Imagineering is the department responsible for creating new and exciting Disney experiences around the world. They build the parks from the ground up, design the rollercoasters, plant the hidden Mickeys, and carry on the legacy of Walt Disney’s creative vision. A lot of phenomenal people work in Disney’s Imagineering department, and one of them recently got a special title change!
The President of Walt Disney Imagineering, Bob Weis, recently changed his title on LinkedIn to President – Creative and New Experience Development.
Previously, his title was simply listed as “President,” but now he has added the specifics. Under the description, it now says “Leading a multidisciplinary team focused on exploring, developing and bringing to market groundbreaking ideas.” Both the old title and new title are listed as his current jobs.
What does this mean for Imagineering as a whole? We don’t have any additional details yet, but we’ll be looking out to see if anything changes. Stay tuned to AllEars for the latest updates!
