Even Disney Ducks Are Trying To Make It Big In The Podcast World!

Disney XD’s critically acclaimed series, DuckTales is getting a whole lot more interesting.

If your kids love to tune in to the latest episode and check out what’s going on in the city of Duckburg, there’s going to be another way to keep up with the ducks after the series comes to an end this month! It seems that Huey Duck has been doing some soul searching and thinks he can really make it big in the podcast world so he’s giving it a try!

According to D23, Huey Duck will be bringing This Duckburg Life podcast to your ears beginning March 29th! The new original scripted show will give listeners more hilarious tales of all the trouble that a duck can get into when they’re in Duckburg (and not chilling out at Magic Kingdom).

Live on “Duckburg Public Radio,” Huey Duck will bring on all his friends from the town, including lots of characters you might know and love from the show. There will be Scrooge McDuck, Dewey, Louie, Webby Vanderquack, Launchpad McQuack, Mrs. Beakley, Gyro Gearloose, Mark Beaks, Ma Beagle, and, of course, Donald Duck. And, all of the characters will be voiced by the original actors.

Huey already released a clip from his first episode and it sounds like he’ll be taking a deep dive into Launchpad’s voicemail — oh dear. 🙃 The podcast will feature seven episodes, with one airing every Monday on Disney XD YouTube, DisneyNOW, and Disney XD VOD.
