With Disney World’s 50th anniversary right around the corner, there’s been a lot of construction activity around the resort to get it in spiffy shape for its big celebration next year!
Even Cinderella Castle got a new makeover! But, the first thing you see when you arrive at Disney World is the Disney World entrance archway, and it just got an update!
And now that update for one of the signs is complete! The sign now sports a blue, gray, and gold color scheme that resembles the Disney World 50th anniversary logo. White letters on a bright blue banner with gold flags waving let you know exactly where you are.
Minnie Mouse greets guests on one side behind a Mickey patterned blue background that really makes her red dress pop.
On the other side, Mickey also stands out against that same blue background. Welcome home!
The archway has a very regal feel to it with its gold-topped columns. What a royal way to welcome guests to the most magical place on Earth.
