It's Not a Bunch of Hocus Pocus! This Iconic Film Topped Disc Sales Leading Up to Halloween This Year!

Although we’re fully embracing the beginning of the holidays at Disney World, we can’t help but reminiscence about the recently departed spooky season.

One of our favorite not-so-scary Halloween films just topped disc sales in the weeks counting down to Halloween! We can’t say we’re surprised, it’s definitely cast a spell on us!

The Sanderson Sisters have proved to be the star witches of Halloween once again! Although we missed them in the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year due to its cancellation, we still made sure to get our Hocus Pocus-fill.

Hocus Pocus outdid both DVDs and Blu-ray sales on the NPD VideoScan First Alert chart.

The 1993 film lead in first place four times during the five weeks leading up to Halloween. Additionally, it held third place on the Blu-Ray Disc Sales chart.
