We recently heard whispers of a new pair of Minnie Ears making their debut at Disney World, inspired by the Pixar film Up! (and no, we aren’t talking about the other pair of Up! ears we’ve spotted at Island Mercantile in the past). As cute as those are, these new ears are giving that pair a run for their money!
While we visited Disney’s Animal Kingdom today, we were on the hunt for what would surely be a popular new item for Guests. We TOTALLY lucked out when we indeed found these new Ears at Chester and Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures, but they were definitely in short supply!
Our jaws literally hit the floor when we got a look at these STUNNING ears!
The ears themselves are made with colorful pom pom’s encased in plastic, resembling balloons! One ear features Carl’s house…
…while the other ear has the classic phrase from Up!, “Adventure is out there!” The center of the bow, which is a very pretty sky blue design with soft clouds, has Carl’s favorite Grape Soda cap.
We would like to think we’re impartial when it comes to new, adorable Minnie Ears, but these MIGHT be one of our favorite recent pairs!
We saw first hand how these ears are flying off of the shelves, but if you manage to spot a pair at Animal Kingdom, you can grab them for $29.99!

Those are so pretty! But I collect Mickey ears. They could make the same ears without the bow and I know many would buy them. It’s rare to find a new pair of Mickey ears. I got so excited when I found a pair of Mickey ears with black sequins!
