Disneyland has postponed its re-opening, but Downtown Disneyland will be back open to guests starting July 9th (with a Cast Member preview today!).
However, that doesn’t stop us from celebrating the parks’ 65th anniversary on July 17th! While guests won’t be able to visit Sleeping Beauty Castle, they can pick up all the anniversary merchandise they want need to commemorate the occasion.
Guests will be able to pick up an entire array of NEW Disneyland 65th Anniversary Merchandise during the online retail event! Starting at 10 AM PST on July 14th, everyone can purchase anniversary items that will be available for shipping or for pick-up in Downtown Disney from July 23rd through July 27th.
Although Pin Trading won’t be available in the parks during their initial re-opening, there are still plenty of amazing pins to celebrate Disneyland’s big day! On top of the Hat Box Ghost and Disneyland Marquee Pins, guests can also grab the 1955 Park Map Pin as well.
The Diamond Minnie Ears from the 60th Anniversary are back again, along with a new 65th Anniversary Mickey Ear Hat and Castle Backpack…
…along with a themed spirit jersey and a button-down shirt.
Annual Passholders can also get in on the anniversary fun with a bunch of Disneyland merchandise made just for them! Passholders can collect pins, tees, an Abominable Snowman Wishable, and so much more!
Plus, there will also be a line of 65th Anniversary Lithographs released at 7 AM PST on July 17th with a look at the Disneyland Parks over the years.
Thank you for all the memories, Disneyland! We can’t WAIT to make even more!
