This is scandalous. We knew Mickey Mouse didn’t wear a shirt… and Maui also wasn’t exactly one for shirts… or Tarzan, come to think of it… .

But to appear entirely torso-less on a Disney poster?!

So what, exactly, is going on here? Oh, apparently Mr. Lightfoot here was brought back from the dead incorrectly, and his sons Ian and Barley only have 24 hours to bring his top half back before he disappears back into the Afterlife forever! No biggie. That’s the plot of Disney-Pixar’s Onward, coming March 6th! We’ve got some more character posters below that are less perplexing!

We previously posted images of the main cast, so this next series of posters is all about rounding out the world!

First! Adorable Pixies!

This Pixie Biker Gang represents one of the many magical misadventures Ian and Barley will have on their quest to revive their father. These pixies ain’t Tinker Bell, that’s for sure.

We’ve also got these majestic Unicorns!

Apparently, unicorns serve a similar ecological niche as raccoons…

We’ll see all of these characters, hopefully with top halfs, when Onward opens this March.
