Mickey, Minnie, and Friends are All Getting in on the Lunar New Year Celebration with New Merch!

It’s almost that time of year again! The Lunar New Year celebration is just a few days away over at Disney California Adventure Park. The celebration, which begins January 17 and ends February 9, is a little more than three weeks of food, art, music, and more to celebrate the cultures of China, Korea, and Vietnam.

This year’s event features old favorites such as Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession, as well as some new eats and fantastic merch! While Disney had released a line of merchandise that will be available at the park for Lunar New Year 2020, we have also spotted a few new additions that are available online at ShopDisney. Take a look at how gorgeous Minnie looks in this Minnie Mouse Lunar New Year Plush! Available for $29.99, the plush features Minnie wearing a satin costume with metallic sparkles, with eye-catching butterfly pins on her ears.

Of course, you can’t have Minnie without Mickey to match! The Mickey Mouse Lunar New Year Plush features Mickey in a traditional satin folk costume. This Lunar New Year is especially special for Mickey and Minnie, as 2020 is the Year of the Mouse!

We are loving the Mickey and Friends Lunar New Year Mug, which comes in a beautiful bright red with gold accents, complete with a removable top. On one side, Mickey and Minnie are featured wearing the same garments they have on for each of the plushes.
