A tragic event unfolded on a Walt Disney World ferryboat near Magic Kingdom last night.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, a 56-year-old woman jumped from the boat into Seven Seas Lagoon in what law enforcement now say was a suicide attempt.
The incident occurred around 7PM on December 30.

A rescue unit found the woman and were able to transport her to the hospital. There is no further information on this event at this time.
