When it comes to snacks, Walt Disney World has seriously stepped upped its game in the last few years. It seems as though new, Instagram-worthy (and tasty) treats are released every week, and it can be hard to keep up… and to try everything!

Some Disney World snacks, though, seem to get most of the attention. Whether it’s the latest trendy cupcake or a new Dole Whip flavor, we couldn’t help but notice other snacks fall to the wayside. That got us thinking: which delectable Disney World treats could use some love and perhaps a spin-off?
Mickey-Shaped Snacks
We all know who the “leader of the club” is! From ice cream bars to pretzels, there’s certainly no shortage of Mickey-shaped treats throughout the parks.

Wouldn’t it be fun to have Goofy or Donald-shaped food? Or simply add a cute bow to make the snacks resemble Minnie! Some variations pop up from time to time (like mini Minnie Waffles!), but we’re talking permanent spots on every ice cream cart menu for the rest of the Fab 5!

The Turkey Leg
Some may say if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. The infamous turkey leg is perhaps one of the most polarizing Disney snacks. There are some hard-core fans of the classic Turkey Leg, while others wouldn’t miss them if they vanished tomorrow.
Regardless, the turkey leg has endured as a Disney snack staple for many years unchanged. And because we know turkey is a popular protein, we want to see more turkey options to change up the snack time routine! We could totally envision turkey skewers with vegetables like they serve at Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland! Yum!

Corndogs
Popular at both Disneyland and Disney World, the infamous Disney corndog is another polarizing snack: you either love them (and know where to find the best ones!) or you can’t stand them.

With state fairs around the country deep-frying every type of food you can think of, it shouldn’t be much of a stretch for Disney to introduce new and interesting alternatives to this cult classic. Can Disney World get a deep fried cheese dog? Deep fried sweet treats? Put it on a stick, dunk it in cornmeal batter, and serve ’em up!
Churros
You can find this tasty treat throughout Disney World, however, Disneyland is where the churro has found its claim to fame. Disneyland is constantly re-inventing this classic snack, introducing new flavors for special events or even with the latest color craze!

Disneyland has seen rose gold churros, Mickey 90th birthday churros, they’ve even introduced a churro scavenger hunt with a special map and prizes!

You can find a wider variety of churros in Disney Springs, but we would love to see the attention the churro gets on the west coast come to the rest of Disney World!

What other types of Disney snacks would you like to see reimagined? Let us know in the comments!
