First there was Rose Gold — a merchandise color phenomenon that took the Disney Parks by storm.

Now we have the new Briar Rose Gold ears and shirts and hats around Disney World and Disneyland.

We knew it wouldn’t take long for the trend to spread into the food department. Now, we have the perfect snacks to match all our brand-new Briar Rose Gold merch.
Disneyland Briar Rose Gold Treats

At Disneyland, you can find this lovely Briar Rose Gold Cake Pop at various candy shops, including Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff, Marceline’s Confectionery, Trolley Treats, and Candy Palace.
Disney World’s Briar Rose Gold Snacks

Of course, Disney World is not left out of the Briar Rose Gold trend. You can find the Rose Gold Orange Cream Tart (pictured on the left) at the Marketplace at Ale & Compass and the nearby Beach Club Marketplace. The tart is topped with vanilla bean mousse, white chocolate glaçage (a shiny, mirror-type glaze), and topped with chocolate Minnie ears!
At the BoardWalk Bakery across Crescent Lake you will find the Briar Rose Gold Scooter Pie. This is a Minnie-shaped sugar cookie sandwich with marshmallow, raspberry white chocolate, and a Briar Rose Gold white chocolate bow.

At the Contemporary Resort’s Contempo Café, you’ll find the most beautiful Rose Gold Raspberry Cake. The cake is filled with vanilla custard… yummy!
There is also a Briar Rose Gold Cupcake at all of the Disney All-Star Resorts. It’s a chocolate cupcake with strawberry filling, topped with buttercream, a mini waffle cone (which makes me think of unicorns!), and rose gold chocolate ears.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is serving up a tropical Rose Gold Vanilla Cupcake filled with guava custard. The cupcake is topped with rose gold buttercream and fondant. You’ll find it at Capt. Cook’s.
Or if you’re looking for a rose gold drink by the pool, grab a refreshing Rose Gold Sunset Margarita. Made with tequila and orange liqueur mixed with flavors of mango, guava, and ginger this is one delicious option. The Rose Gold Sunset Margarita can be found at the Oasis and Barefoot Pool Bars.

More Briar Rose Gold treats can be found at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The Rose Gold Brownie is at Creature Comforts and is topped with a strawberry mousse dome and white chocolate Minnie ears. Minnie is everywhere, isn’t she? You go, girl!
Also make sure to stop by the Harambe Market to try the new Most Beautiful cake inspired by one of Disney’s most popular murals. This is an adorable coconut-filled cake with a tangy pineapple center. It is topped with creamy coconut mousse and is accompanied by coconut crisps.
