Wine Bar George Menu Preview

Wine Bar George, a 200-seat wine bar owned by Master Sommelier George Miliotes that's due to open at Disney Springs sometime this spring, previewed some of its menu items recently. With a kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Ron Rupert, Wine Bar George will present a range of diverse dishes, from a grilled octopus salad to macaroni and cheese bites to whole Greek sea bass that is large enough to share. Wine Bar George will reveal its entire menu and opening very soon.
