This was a definite go to for us every year but this year (December 2016) menu felt old and tired and designed to minimal so easy quick turnaround. Waitress was awesome. We always enjoyed it here but next time will pick buffets where more variety.

On May 22 I enjoyed my favorite MK lunch: the Colony salad accompanied (for the first time for me at LTT) by a glass of rose wine. The salad includes a grilled chicken breast on a bed of the freshest greens and is topped with cranberries and pecans (and apples for those who can eat them). The dressing is light and flavorful. If you haven't tried the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake, treat yourself! The hostess and my server Denise were attentive and friendly. I was seated in the Thomas Jefferson room. The surroundings remind me of being in Williamsburg. Though the menu is limited, Liberty Tree Tavern is a restaurant you can always count on for a great lunch and a lovely dining experience.

This place has a great selection of meals if you want something other than a burger or hot dog.
On May 17, I enjoyed the lobster roll-fresh roll and lots of lobster meat in a nice dressing. It was filling and very tasty. Seating on the second floor is peaceful. This place never disappoints.

I absolutely love the Carciofi (artichoke) pizza at Via Napoli! If I could only eat one meal in one Epcot restaurant, this would be it.
The thin crust, artichokes, fontina cheese and truffle oil blend together for a fantastic taste.
In the hot weather (i ate there on May 16), I like
to accompany this pizza with a glass of VN's red sangria-fruity and delicious and end my meal with a cappuccino. The wait staff is so friendly and when I mentioned I scrapbook, my waitress gave me a couple Via Napoli coasters for my book. Always a great meal and a pleasant experience. I've introduced this restaurant to a few people and it's on all their favorite lists!

The scaloppine is a favorite of mine and I usually order it with a side salad. On May 23, it was offered with cheese tortellinis for $28 and I ordered it.It was priced $2 higher than the scaloppine alone. The food was delicious but I was surprised that I got only 3 tiny chicken medallions and very few mushrooms. The chicken portion has been very generous in the past when I ordered just scaloppine. For the additional money, I would have expected to get at least half that portion in trade for the tortellinis and the higher
price. So I was a bit disappointed because it really was delicious. I'll return again my next trip but I'll stick with just scaloppine! The wait staff is always charming!
Pros:
Mushroom chicken scaloppine is the best but...Cons:

Pastry too pretty to eat! But I did and it was delicious. I bought two pieces to take back to my hotel and they boxed and bagged it beautifully.
That evening I feasted on the key lime tart. It was excellent. And it was topped with the most adorable mini key lime macaron!
I saved the Mickey chocolate ganache cake to share with a friend who visited a couple days later. She
couldn't get over how darn cute the dessert was. It was light and yummy. Can you believe I took pictures of the pastry?!!
Pros:
OMG! Sooooo yummy!Cons:

I am a fan of the Food and Wine Festival so when the Flower and Garden Festival began offering food booths, I was thrilled. This year's Festival winners, in my book were: the onion tart and Kir Pomegranate in France, sparkling Key Lime wine,
Bush Berry shrimp from Australia, warm fruit buckle with pepperberry gelato and the Limoncello margarita in Italy. I was disappointed with the spicy chicken lettuce leaves in China. The chicken was rather dry. I think the pineapple whip with rum was the most overpriced item. For $10.25, it was a $4.75 cup of pineapple whip with a shot of rum. I think an $8 would have been fair. Granted, it was tasty!!
I was happy to see three concerts with Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits on three different days and he varied each show which was nice. I thought many of the flower and topiary exhibits were dull (color-wise) this year but the topiaries in front of Spaceship Earth were delightful. All in all, it was a fun festival.

I stayed at the Pop Century resort from May 16-24. I knew they were refurbishing rooms and hoped I wouldn't be disturbed by noise. I had a preferred room and that was a wonderful feature. My walk to the MK bus stop was about a minute.
I was at the opposite side of the resort from the refurb so I was in no way inconvenienced. Bus service was great to and from the resort. I waited once for 20 minutes for a bus-most times it came almost as soon as I walked up to the stop. I also used Express Transportation between parks and it was a wonderful feature. I bought the 7 day ticket and used it three different days. Great feature for me but $29 /person may be a lot for a family. The two dinners I picked up at the food court were tasty and reasonably priced. There was a nice selection to choose from. I look forward to staying in a refurbished room some time in the future. This was my fourth stay at Pop and I'm sure it won't be my last.

We visited the Paddlefish back in May 2017 during our vacation and had a very enjoyable time. We loved the atmosphere, and my son loved sitting by a window looking at the large paddle wheel. The server was very knowledgeable and helpful with menu selections. We decided to mix it up by ordering several appetizers and were not dissappointed with our selections. The mussels, lobster dogs, and crab cake were all fantastic. Portions were above average, each very tasty. We shared a salad also, but probably will not order on future visit, as we want to try more appetizers next time. We will definitely be back.
