I ordered the seared tuna which comes atop noodles. The tuna was very good (sushi grade quality) nice sized pieces and the noodles were delicious too. I had a tiny bottled water too. Service was fast, you order and pay then take your food to a table and eat it. After tax, the overall bill was $12-$13 which is a bit pricey, but really not that bad, just a couple bucks more than eating out at a nicer fast food place like Panera or Chipotle. I would definitely go there again and recommend for families too as there are different stations with different food options. The food is higher quality and much better than fast food and you get your food very fast so can get in and out quick so kids can get back to rides and attractions unlike a sit down place in Epcot which is much more expensive and will take considerably more time.

Pros:

Seared Tuna and Noodles, Fast Service

Cons:

A bit pricey

Ate here end of Feb. Has been many years since last time, but decided to go again. Still the same fun as I remembered. DH had the sampler plate (he said my meatloaf is better, but the fried chicken was the best he's ever had). I had the meatloaf and agree with DH. Although it was good. Kids meals were good. Desserts good as well. We are a family that the servers could really play around with, although our waitress, while good, didn't go too overboard with the gags. Very good and will return again.

Pros:

Fun atmosphere, food

Ate dinner here the end of Feb. First off, the place is beautiful. For that reason alone, it is worth eating at. That being said, I'm glad we ate here once, but would probably skip for next few trips. We were seated promptly at our reservation time in the west wing. We walked through the grand ballroom, which was amazing, to a smaller, dark room. The room was perfectly decorated for beast's castle, right down to the rose. However, keeping with the theme, meant it was very dark. Nothing that I struggled with, however, my parents (60's), had to put a little more effort into reading the menu. 🙂 The french onion soup was amazing. I got the salmon on leek fondue. It was very very good. My DH got the shrimp and scallops. He said it was good, but not the best thing he's ever had. Desserts were good, but again, not the best we've ever had. DD6 ate all her steak and DD4's mac and cheese was swimming in butter so much that even she, would not eat it.
Would go back, but not for a while.

Pros:

beautiful place

Cons:

crowded, dark (depending on room)

Ate here end of Feb. Excellent time. Eating while being surrounded by the fish is wonderful. DH said that his meal was one of the best fish meals he has ever had. DD6 ate all her salmon and some of mine. DD4 enjoyed her meal as well. Will come back here in a second. Glad we tried it.

Decided to eat here because we were staying at Boardwalk and wanted to try it. We hope that this little gem does not get discovered so that we can always get in here. 🙂 It was by far, one of the best meals we ate in WDW. Between the 4 adults, we tried 4 different things. Everything was amazing. The pecan roll was amazing. The kids meals were fantastic as well. Staff was very attentive and the manager came by and talked with us several times just to see how we were doing. They all had great recommendations and clearly knew their product. Even if not staying at Boardwalk, I would make a trip here to eat. Hands down one of the best places in Disney to eat.

Food was acceptable but average. Was expecting more based on reading previous reviews. Service was slow and waitress did not seem that interested in our table, we had to keep trying to get her attention. We were on the dining plan with a large group, perhaps the mandatory tip amount impacted her motivation.

Pros:

Atmosphere

Cons:

Service, average food

Second time eating here. Food is wonderful. Character interaction is great. Love that Alice and the mad hatter are there. Very organized from characters to the guy who makes the omelets. Strawberry soup is a favorite of mine and worth coming here for that alone. 🙂 Will dine here again.

Beautiful Setting, great food

Tried House Of Blues for the first time our last visit March 2013.

Atmosphere was excellent,

Sat at outside bar (with entertainment) while we waited for our table to be ready.

Waiter was attentive and overall, the service was excellent. Spouse had chicken (enormous serving size)which was very tasty, Ribs were also very good.

Entire party agreed this will become a must do our next trip back. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful.

Pros:

Food, Service

Cons:

Review of Cape May Cafe Clam Bake Dinner

Our family of three had supper at the Cape May Café on March 1,2013. My husband is not a seafood lover but amazingly tried the crab legs which he said were delicious. There is ample variety of food for seafood lovers as well as for those who prefer standard fare. We usually have breakfast here and this was the first time we came for supper. The same can be said for all the times we have had a meal at the Cape May Café, we are never rushed and the staff has always been unfailingly polite. A must-do for us every time we come to Walt Disney World even if we are not guests of this resort.

Pros:

Food and staff

Review of 1900 Park Fare Character Dinner

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I had supper at 1900 Park Fare on March 2, 2013. The positive aspect is the character interaction with the diners and that is about all and even then the quality of the interaction was just o.k. The atmosphere on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The room itself is tired-looking, much like you would have found in the 80's. Some sprucing up is in order. The buffet was by far the least complete that I have eaten at Disney. You will find much better choices at Chef Mickey, the Crystal Palace or Akershus in terms of food and character interaction. Our waitress was pleasant enough but nothing outstanding although she did tell us when to go to the buffet so that we would not miss the characters and that was appreciated. We will not go back when much better choices are available.

Pros:

character greeting

Cons:

atmosphere
