We LOVED this!!! Just had dinner there last week. We were very pleasantly surprised by the variety of characters there!!! We had just seen the Aladdin show that afternoon, and my 9yo son had a lengthy conversation with Aladdin about it!! We didn't feel rushed and had a lot of time with each character!!
There was a great variety of old to choose. I found it pricey, but the character meals always are. I do find it frustrating to pay adult prices for my 11yo daughter who eats only the kid choices. Oh well...
The waitress was very nice and we got very good service! I would definitely recommend this place!!
Pros:
Great aridity if characters and foodCons:

We just stayed here this week for 7 nights and loved it!!! This was our first stay at DLR with the kids. The room was light and airy with a cute beach theme. Loved the beach ball pillows and lamp!! It was great having the fridge, but we could have used a bigger bathroom. I am used to staying in the DVC rooms with extra room...
The meals were good that we had there. We LOVED the Surfs Up character breakfast!!! The characters were great.
The only thing I didn't care for was the pool, although the kids loved it!!! I thought it was very small with few tables around it.

I've been visiting WDW since 1973 and this was my first visit to FW. I had no idea what a good time I was missing!
The show : my 6 year old DD , my wife who's second language is English and I all loved the cast and performance. The humor wasn't lost on anyone. We were all sad when the show ended.
The meal: the food, for what is was, was really good. Nothing fancy but they don't pretend it is. The beverages , including alcohol ( free beer, wine, sangria) are quickly refilled. I'm glad we took the boat home !
Some people say the show use to be better. I say it was highly entertaining and a great night out.

Delicious sundaes that are worth the cost. Worth a side trip to DD after dinner elsewhere just for the sundaes.

Overall a really good meal. We all left with happy tummy's. We ended up with 13 bottles of Ketchup on the table !
Our waitress was super friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Seems some of the CM's didn't belong in a place that advertises a "Hootin Hollerin Good Time".
Would definitely go again

Food is fine but needs more variety. It is real tricky to get beverages when it is busy. Not enough room to fix your coffee.
It should be double the size
Staff is very nice.

LocationCons:

A must-do for us. Every item from the opening bread to the closing dessert is awesome. Salad dressing is good but previous offering was better. Wings and noodles: Wow! I think i ate 35 grilled shrimp. Our server saw that I was loving the shrimp and he kept sending the guy over.
In fact, I told him I was really thirsty when we sat down. He brought me 2 iced teas and every time I finished one glass, he replaced it, meaning I always had 2 full glasses.
The beef, which in the past, had always been too well done for my taste was a bit pink inside.
The dessert.... I was so stuffed at this point but I dug down deep and found some room for it. Sooooo goooood!!!
For the price, 'Ohana may be one of the best values for WDW table service dining.
Pros:
All food items DELICIOUS. Friendly, attentive serversCons:

The breakfast menu has greatly improved! Wife had delicious filet mignon over a frittata. I had lobster and crab crepe. Both were incredible! Food use to be standard breakfast fare but now it is memorable.
This is quintessential WDW. Worth the price for the experience and you no longer feel taken when the bill arrives.
Take your daughter and she'll never forget it.

My daughter loved eating in Beasts castle and i thought the theme was well done. That's about all I can give it.
Beef sandwich was decent, cupcakes looked great and tasted fine. Neither of those made it worth while. The French Onion soup was the absolute worst I have ever had. Bland bland bland ! It had a sort of "freezer burn" quality. The kids pork meal looked good but tasted nasty. I was really surprised they would not serve it without the sauce poured over the top of it as we requested when ordering. Not very kid-friendly for a restaurant appealing towards kids.
It really bugged me that the wait was so long to get in yet there were empty tables throughout our meal. A very comfy 4-top nearby sat empty the entire time we were there. Also, the very cool looking West Wing room was small compared to the other 2 rooms yet it is the most in demand.
Pros:
Novelty of castle and its themingCons:
Mediocre to poor food, small West Wing, long wait but lots of empty tablesReview of Sunshine Seasons

Incredible dessert selection. Good variety of food stations. Plenty of seating.
Only drawback was the ONE kids selection at the Asian station. Mongolian Beef which had a bit of heat and a lot of seasoning.
Desserts make it worth the trip
