A must-do for us. I love the food and always overeat here! Food never looks or tastes old. Even our picky 6 year old finds enough to eat before she hits the dance floor with her new found friends.
Had the best service we have ever had here this past visit. Our waitress was quick to refill and clear plates. That is a real sticking point for me at a buffet. She even had a sense of humor !
Entertainment is lively and the decor is really cool.
There is plenty of "safe" food for the less adventurous and beer flights are available: 4 glasses of different drafts.
A trip to Epcot wouldn't be complete for me without a meal here!
Pros:
Great , fresh food. Lively entertainment.Cons:

Worth a visit if you are with a princess fanatic. Definitely not worth it for the food alone. Appetizer buffet: Great ! Dessert sampler: Awesome. Entrees: Meh
Had a great server : Siljie (sorry for spelling). Pronounced like Celia. She was wonderful and accommodating. We over did it with the apps and ate only half our entrees. She came over concerned and offered to replace them with something else. In reality we just wanted to save room for dessert! Drinks were refilled quickly. Hello from the family that told you about bread pudding!
Princesses were awesome! 2 of them came back to our table after I told them my DD had to visit the restroom. It probably helped that we were there for a less than crowded lunch.
Again - you are definitely paying a premium for princesses so if you have no interest in seeing them, go elsewhere.
Pros:
Appetizer buffet, pics with Belle, dessert sampler, good princess interactionCons:

Hidden away from the more crowded area of the parks. Comfortable place to relax and take lunch. Somewhat better than usually mediocre DHS food at other outlets
Pros:
Atypical food offerings , shady, cool, plenty of seatingCons:

Good American style Asian food. Lots of seating. Decent portions for price.
Got up to get utensils and condiments and when we got back after a few seconds when saw a duck had jumped up on the table and flipped my daughters chicken fingers on the ground and other ducks made off with them. I assumed i was SOL but the cast member where i obtained our food from replaced the order without hesitation.
Pros:
Tasty foodCons:

I actually feel relaxed after a WDW vacation ! Usually I am exhausted afterwards but this trip was different. WL was much calmer than the Moderates we are use to. Had woods view and could see Wishes above and through the trees ( Room 6064). It was such a pleasure to have everything under one roof as opposed to walking and walking to refill a mug. Never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator.
Mousekeeping was great and amused my daughter with towel animals every day. Pool area was nicely landscaped and the 2 jacuzzis were heavenly.
My only gripe - and it's a small one - was the variety of foods and small size of Roaring Fork quick serve . Hard to navigate the beverage area when even a handful of people were around. Again - a minor gripe that certainly wouldn't prevent me from giving WL a 10 rating.
Chose WL because of a highly discounted rate but I can't foresee going back to a moderate after this experience.
Pros:
Serenity , jacuzzis , staff,Cons:

Ate here in August 2013 for lunch. I had heard that there had been food improvements from the last time I ate here about 5 years ago. Short story - there weren't. Stay away from this restaurant. I can safely say that EVERY other restaurant we ate at, sit down or counter service, was better than this one.
The only improvement I saw were the bread rolls served at beginning of meal. My son found the kids meal sour - after complaining, they comped it. My husband said his jumbalaya was so skimpy, it had like one shrimp, one sausage, etc, and it wasn't good. My sister had the strip loin which, seriously, she could not cut it was so tough! My husband tried to cut it and couldn't. We complained, they comped it. I had the short ribs. They were so dry, that after a few minutes, I literally started choking on it. Finally coughed it out, then left the restaurant area to continue spasm coughing, as my body still thought there was something there.
And none of this was the WORST thing that happened! A worse thing was about 5 minutes after my sister spoke with Chef about her gluten allergy, the server brought out her salad. She started eating it. About 2 minutes later, the server came out and said she had given her the gluten one, she had already eaten. I have to say that the waitstaff here were completely incompetent and could have killed someone with their lack of care.
And now for the WORST thing that happened! We got the check and though they had comped my sister the entree she could not cut and eat, they charged her extra for the salad (which is normally part of the meal), Which, in error, they had given her a gluten one! Insult on top of injury.
I took the bill. Left the table (did not want to upset my sobbing sister any further). Found a manager. In short and sweet terms, recounted calmly all that happened, handed her the bill and said she could take care of it! She mentioned to me that she had heard me choking on my food and she certainly couldn't not notice my sobbing sister.
Pros:

This is our home resort and we usually love it. It nice and clean. We usually don't have problems with bus service either. We did have one problem this trip. Usually our room is ready for us when we check in - be it at 11am or 4pm. And while I realize that officially check-in time is 4pm, they actually did not release that room to us till almost 4pm (we had checked in about 12pm). Although I found the wait inconvenient we did make use of the pool. And considering the location of the room that we got, I'd say it was worth the wait.

Ate here this past July. Normally we don't get pizza in WDW because it's usually not very good. But we were pleasantly surprised with our pizzas this time around. There was enough sauce and cheese. And the sauce didn't have that tinny taste but was actually a bit on the sweet side. I would definitely stop back in for lunch.
