This is one of our staple quick-service dining locations in WDW, one we always hit when we're at MK. The food portions are more than adequate and the quality is ok to good.
Pros:
Quick, good food in generous portions.Cons:

There really is a terrific theme and atmosphere inside the pyramid of Mexico in Epcot. Too bad the main meals in this restaurant are merely ok, although they do have one of my favorite desserts in all WDW there (some kind of white chocolate mousse), though it may not be there anymore.
Pros:
Great theme/atmosphere. Wonderful desserts.Cons:
Main meals are just ok.Review of Sci-Fi Dine-in Theatre Lunch/Dinner

We come here every time and love it. The burgers are amongst the best on property and we just love sitting in the car and watching the clips (about time they were changed though-same clips for as long as I've been going!) Only gripe was the alcoholic milkshakes (Space Monkey and Marshas martian)have gone from the menu so we had to have a boring cocktail-then when we mentioned it to the waitress at the end she said "Oh they can still make them if you ask for them" But how would we know that if they aren't on the menu? That spoiled what would have otherwise been a 10!
Pros:
Brilliant theming and atmosphereCons:

The entertainment was good, but the food.....all of it for all of us in our party had the common review of being very bland.

Needed something quick at brekkie to tide us over until lunch at Sci-Fi. We walked past and thought why not, as there was no line and plenty of tables. It was adequate-we had the sausage and egg mcmuffin, sorry egg and cheese MUFFIN with sausage.... It wasn't bad just unmemorable.
Pros:
cheap and quickCons:

Once we got past the "well it's only Chinese food, we can get that at home" idea of eating in China in Epcot, we gave the Nine Dragons a try. We're glad to say that we have now added it to our must-do restaurant lists for each new vacation. The food for all of us was just delicious and it arrived very quickly after we ordered it. And, the waitstaff was fast and friendly.
Pros:
Delicious food; fast/friendly wait service.Cons:

Coral Reef is one of our must-do restaurants on each trip to WDW. We love the food, and love the view of the Seas' aquarium and it's beautiful sea life. The wait service can be hit or miss, but the meals and desserts are just great.
Pros:
Great theming. Terrific food. Good service.Cons:

Biergarten quickly became a favorite of ours for buffet dining in WDW. The buffet has enough offerings to keep us full, and the in-house entertainment is pretty good as well. Only negative is the seating arrangements, where you sometimes must share a table with other park guests instead of just your own party.
Pros:
Great buffet offerings; excellent entertainment.Cons:

The food here is subpar to mediocre at best. The menu offerings are weak, and the experience often hinges on whether or not the wait staff gets in character with the restaurant theme. Ours did not, so between that and the not-that-great food, we wouldn't eat here again.
Pros:
Interesting concept.Cons:
Not all waiters/waitresses get in character. Mediocre food.Review of Sci-Fi Dine-in Theatre Lunch/Dinner

There's no denying the great theme to this sit-down restaurant, however the service is lacking, and apart from the milkshakes, the food itself is poor to mediocre at best.
