We had to book this 180 days in advance on 'My Disney Experience' to get a table, and were concerned that it had been over-hyped. We need not have worried, the food and the experience were both excellent. We were seated in the main ballroom next to the 'snowing' windows, and encouraged to explore the other rooms once we'd eaten. The service was prompt and friendly and just at the right level. All of the food was spectacular and the best we've eaten at any Disney Park restaurant. We had the Potato and leek soup for starter, then the Pork and Lamb for our entrees. We don't normally eat dessert, but couldn't resist the chocolate cup cake.
Our only complaint is that we can't get a table for our September trip.

I have actually never gotten to stay here; I have a family of 5 and because of this can only stay at the Port Orleans resort as it is the only moderate hotel that allows for 5 guests (without a price hike). We visited this resort on one of our stays and all agree that we'd love to stay at this resort, or try one of the other moderate resorts! I wish Disney would change their policy and accomodate 5 guests at these resorts!

I would have given this restaurant a full 10 but gave it only an 8 because of the service we had on the 4th of May of 2014.
The lunch service is REALLY good since you are able to pick what you want instead of having a family style PROVIDED for you as in the dinner service.
I chose the hamburger which was really moist and so good... differs from the quick service hamburgers!! I also recommend the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake which was REALLY good.
You get a good portion of everything. The only thing we didn't like was the service. Our server seemed to have a "buff" about something or someone and seemed in a mood for most of the time.
This is another great restaurant that takes care of people with allergies.

We always eat here. Our experiences range from time to time, but the food is always good. The service is what seems to be the problem.
This year was really bad. Our server brought us bread that was HARD as ROCKS. It seemed like they reheated someone else's day old bread....yuck.
The dessert (turtle cheesecake) was delicious but only after I ate it did I realize they 1/2 decorated it. I saw someone else's turtle cheesecake which was SUPPOSED to have a sugary coral decor on top was missing from my dessert. :(.....
The server messed up our bill. But I will return to coral reef as the food is good...

We recently ate here last week. It was once our favorite restaurant but I no longer care for the restaurant.
Other than the bread pudding I don't have a favorite dish. They changed the menu.

I really LOVE the Disney Dining but hate the recent change of being unable to cancel without penalty.
I recently found out that it will cost you $10.00 per person! So if you have a family of 5 and want to cancel, you will be paying $50.00 for absolutely nothing.
What happens if you have a kid who gets tired and cranky the last minute? You will have to waste $$ to skip the reservation to take care of your child for a nap etc.
Despite the new 24 hour cancellation debacle, I would really recommend getting the dining plan. One of our restaurants bill came to $109.00 but all we had to pay for the meal was tip of $15.00

I really dislike the new fast pass program. I was unable to cancel remaining (unused) fastpasses when I only used 1 of the 3 fast passes. This is a waste.
I was not able to use my Tower of Terror fast pass and 1 of the 2 fastpasses I got for Toy Story Mania which are two of the popular rides because I used my Space Mountain fastpasses in the morning.
Not a huge fan of having to waste time on a computer screen to get more fast passes especially when you find out you can't get new ones...
what a joke this is.. With Billions of Dollars, Disney could have easily built a new park in Florida or else where.

We ate here on May 3rd 2014 with friends. The chef was able to accommodate our friends with all of their allergies.
I had the BBQ Ribs which were OUTSTANDING. But there was A LOT there. Waste of Food. I got 12 HUGE ribs! I asked the server if there was any prize to be had if I ate them all... She said "no." and laughed. lol.
Dessert was GREAT.
The only down side was the quantity of food. You get a lot with some plates which is a waste of food when you don't want to take it back to the room.
The atmosphere was Great since I'm a film person.

We always eat breakfast at the Pop Century, but with our recent trip we noticed that the choices and locations have changed such as Fresh fruit with the french toast instead of strawberries in strawberry sauce which was my favorite. Oh well....
Other than that, the food is always good and the quantity is plenty for 2 people with 1 dish. The layout is good, but they did change the location of the french toast but does that really matter? lol.
One thing that we did not like was that they took the Ice Cream Sundae off of the Dining plan. We used to end our trips with a sundae. Oh well.

We call Pop Century our "Disney Home."
We just love everything there is to love about Pop Century, like the atmosphere theme of all the different centuries. We have always encountered friendly cast members who are always ready to help.
The food court at Pop is WONDERFUL although there is always a line somewhere. The hotel has a wonderful lay out where you will do the least amount of walking compared to other hotels.
