So not worth the money. Ridiculously overcrowded (attended Tuesday 12/2) and couldn't enjoy anything. No one ever checked our wristbands (we had on long sleeves so they weren't visible). Clearly many people were not wearing bands but got to stay for free. It's very frustrating to spend the amount of money we did and see so many people without bands not being asked to leave. They should do it like the old days where they close the park and empty everyone out. The re-open for people with a ticket. This was defintiely a huge disappointment for us. We had much more fun during the day in the park. It was much less crowded and more enjoyable for all of us.

This was our 3rd time here during late October/November and we won't stay anywhere else(have stayed in most other resorts).
Gorgeous property, unreal lobby, excellent service, clean, and the boat to MK is fabulous and convenient. When we checked in we were told the pool was under renovation but could use other facilities. When the cast member saw I was disappointed, she offered me a partial refund which was greatly appreciated.
Just driving up to the front entrance gives me goose bumps. Wonderful place, magical place!!

This is the first time we have eaten here (and will be the last). We wanted a lunch for the Candlelight and this was all that was available when we booked.
You sit at a table for 8. We had no problem with that - our dining companions were great.
First problem was the server - she started to tell us about the buffet, etc when the entertainment started. We were seated at the far end of the table and she spoke so softly we couldn't hear a word she said. When I told her we couldn't hear her she acted annoyed but didn't repeat anything. Luckily others at the table had been there before so clued us in on what she had said.
This is not a very relaxing place to eat. it is very noisy and crowded. The tables are so close together it is not possible for you and the person seated at the table in back of you to get up at the same time. The buffet lines are crowded and, until you learn how it works, very confusing.
We would not eat here again which is too bad because the food was decent but not worth the trouble.

This is the third time we have eaten here and the first time I tried something new. Interestingly, I just now checked the menu to get the correct spelling of what I had and it is no longer on the menu - we just ate there less then 2 weeks ago. We always get the calamari for an appetizer which is great. This time my husband got the Seafood Arrabbiata which he liked but I wanted pork and got the Saltimbocca(might be incorrect sp - can't check) which was not good. You couldn't even tell it was pork there was so much cheese on it. Next time I will go back to my chicken.
Atmosphere here is great and service is always good - just wanted to comment on my dinner which isn't even on the menu anymore!

We had an amazing adult dinner, (dropped the kiddos at the Kids Club before dinner) at Jiko in November. We were a party of 4 and sat in the wine room off the lobby which we loved, as it was much quieter than the main dining room.
Although, on the dining plan we did not stick to only an entrée and dessert - oh no, we went all out - with wine, starters, entrees, desserts, coffee and after dinner drinks.
We tried the short rib, lamb, filet and the special fish dish. Everything we had was delicious and prepared amazingly well! One of the best dinners I have had in a long time!

Had a wonderful stay at the Boardwalk Villas. Stayed in November for my daughters birthday and we were a party of 6 including, DH, DS(12), DD(9) and Grandparents. We booked a standard view, one-bedroom villa and a studio.
We were met at the DME bus by a friendly cast member who greeted us by name, and walked us to the front desk. We got two rooms, one door apart, on the second floor, towards the end of the resort. Though an initially long walk, we were happily surprised to get a view upgrade, on a corner, overlooking the quiet pool. We loved our location! The second floor is lobby level, so we never had to mess with elevators. The rooms were quiet, and we took the side door to the bus stop (which was only a 2 min. walk), and to the pools. It was also much closer to HS by walking along the canal path.
We loved everything about our stay! The rooms were clean and neat with no wear and tear. Mousekeeping was great with plenty of towels and animals on the beds for the kids. They remembered my daughters birthday with buttons and signed pictures from Snow White and Mickey Mouse. We had groceries delivered from Garden Grocer, so we had breakfast in the room most days. Since we were on the dining plan, we had a birthday lunch at Be Our Guest, and dinners at Akershus, Chefs d'France, Jiko, and Teppan Edo. All great experiences. We also loved the little lobby bar at The Boardwalk, where we stopped for drinks either before or after dinner. There was a great bartender there who has worked at Disney for over 30 years! He had some great stories to tell!!
The Boardwalk itself is always fun with entertainment and music most nights, and we loved being able to walk to both Epcot and HS.
We have also stayed at the Polynesian before, but like the Boardwalk for its friendly staff and can't be beat location.

This was our first time eating at Mama Melrose's (11/20). First of all our server was wonderful. She attended to every need we could ask for. The food here was delicious. We tried the calamari as an appetizer. It was very good. Dinner and desert were excellent. We will definitely come here again in the future.

We ate at Chef Mickey's on 11/19 and we loved it as always. This has and continues to be one of our favorite breakfasts on property. Everyone should be able to find something here that they like. The one thing I missed though was the breakfast pizza they used to serve here. We will continue to eat here in the future.

This was our first time eating at Crystal Palace (11/18). The food was mediocre with not as many choices as some other Disney buffets. The characters were very nice and they were the best part of the meal. The atmosphere and building are beautiful. I would probably not visit here again unless it was to specifically see the characters.

This was our first time eating lunch at BOG. We had previously eaten here for dinner and loved it. We could not get a reservation for dinner or lunch at midnight 180 days out. We were very disappointed. About 2 weeks before our trip, we received an email inviting us to do a fastpass for lunch. We grabbed it. We chose to order our meals right away online which expedited the wait time to get through the line. Once seated, the servers keep walking around until they find you. I think this whole process could be revamped to make the it move smoother and faster. The food was great. No complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend eating here if possible.
