We recently stayed at AKL and the hotel is wonderful. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is of its enormous size! The staff is friendly however, NO ONE told us that you can get to the pool or lobby area via different elevators and/or hallways. 4 days into the trip my daughter and I were exploring and found a elevator took it and bam we came out right by the pool!!! If I knew this earlier in the trip I would have been so happy. The lobby/buses and pool area are totally different parts of the hotel. There are hallways and elevators everywhere and they all lead to different spots. So point is take a few minutes on your arrival day and map it all out you may find closer ways to get to the area you want!

This is one of my favorite restaurants on property. I have eaten there several times and each time was exceptional. The wait staff was amazing and well informed.
Pros:

I can't believe they are going to make this restaurant a character restaurant. Will not be returning!Review of Bay Lake Tower (Disney Vacation Club)

Bay Lake Tower is great. I have stayed many times as I am a Vacation Club owner. Location, Restaurants and lounges are amazing
Pros:

The only thing I can say is that the studio is really small. I would not have more than two people stay in one.Review of Yacht Club Resort (Deluxe Resort)

We have vacationed at Disney's Yacht Club and absolutely love staying there. From the moment we arrive on DME to our sad check-out day, we are in heaven. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. We all love the pool and the great selection of restaurants. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. We can't wait to book our next vacation here.
Pros:
The sand-bottom pool; the great location to both Epcot, Boardwalk and DHS.Cons:

We have stayed at All Star Sports several times & have generally had a good experience with the food court. Breakfast is fine, not outstanding but pretty good. We have found that the quality of the breakfast food is better if you can get there before the crowds. I guess once it's crowded, they are just trying to get it out as fast as possible. For dinner, the create your own pasta is good, as well as the pot roast or roasted turkey from the entree station. I like the mashed potatoes at this station - they taste homemade.
Pros:
Good dinner options different than the typical burger & fries found at the parksCons:
Can get crowded, especially if you have the misfortune of being there at the same time as a sports teamReview of My Disney Experience

The website is fine, but the app is quite glitchy and lacking, although it is nice to have most of my reservations in one place. I do dislike that you can't connect certain special events to MDE, like tours. The website does also fail to impress when it comes to PhotoPass. It has very little capability to sort photos and you have to scroll all the way down to see your most recent pictures. The downloading function is also pretty finicky. You have to either download EVERY photo, or go through one at a time to download each photo. Very time consuming.
Pros:

Convenient for any guest if you are planning on parkhopping, using FastPasses, using PhotoPass. Even more convenient for guests staying on property, as you can use it as a room key and also link your credit card to it. I loved not having to take anything except my MagicBand when I went to the resort pool. We were able to buy drinks and even rent bikes for the ride between Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter, all at the flick of my wrist! But beware if you have poor impulse control like I do...it's easy to rack up a huge bill when you're not pulling out cash or a credit card.

convenient, easy to use, waterproofCons:

Love the transportation most of the time
Pros:
Usually reasonable wait time. If going to Disney Springs, the bus with it's own lanes is a must because of all the congestion and parking problems related to Disney Springs.Cons:
Even with the monitors, had 2 really long waits.Review of Walt Disney World's Magical Express
