Looking for a resort that isn't a ton of walking to get around? Then FQ is perfect for you! We love it here and have stayed twice. Ironically both times we were in the same building, same floor, just a few doors (and years) apart. We love that the boat is convenient to Disney Springs and the bus it also very convenient. Their is one issue with the boat launch area and that is for those with scooters/wheelchairs/strollers. The exit it up some stairs. So those on wheels must literally walk against the line of people waiting to load because the lineup area is on the ramp. When my oldest was in a wheelchair post surgery we hated having to get everyone to step aside to be able to get her back to resort. The New Orleans theming is great here. We love the food court - the beignets are always ordered. They even have a run advertised where you get beignets at the end.
Pros:
Compact resort, very well kept, love the boat to Disney SpringsCons:

Party of 5 ate here Labor Day weekend. This is a favorite of ours but this time found it disappointing. Ordered our usuals. French onion soup, steak and augratin potatoes. My husband always ordered a seafood dish and they took it off the menu. It took forever to get our food, it wasnt full. Our waiter seemed like he had other things to do as you could never find him. The food just wasnt the quality thst we were used to having. We probably will try somewhere else next and maybe revisit later. FYI on dining plan in the past was able to sub dessert for soup or salad was told cant do that anymore. Not sure if true or not

Ate here in July celebrating my moms 70 & daughter 10th birthdays. Arrived on time and took us in after having to park ECV. You get picture with Belle then you get seated. Other princesses arrive we had Sleeping beauty, snow white, cinderella. They put us in room all by ourselves and it took forever for the princesses to realize we were there. The food was subpar not alit of options. Cold cuts & cheese, eggs. Turkey sausage. Bacon. It is way overpriced for food. But to meet princesses would recommend it. Was there early enough that should have gotten done early enough to jump on Frozen before park opened but took 2 hrs waiting for princesses. We will not return
Pros:
Meeting princesses, get done early enough to ride Frozen without FPCons:

When tent camping in FL what do we want? Electric to plug in a fan and clean bathrooms nearby. Fort Wilderness had both and so much more! My brother has a trailer his family camps in and we just have a tent. We both booked and were able to be placed in sites in very close proximity. It was a short walk over to pool area. An internal bus took us around the whole resort. Kids must have shoes to get on bus though...older kids learned that the hard way and had a long walk back from shop area. Kids enjoyed pin trading at the store and watching the Water Parade from the beach at night. Most people do rent golf carts to get around or bring bikes. The night time fire and movie was fun. They did start with trivia but it wasn't too fun because adults will cheat and google answers. We did pack in our own Smore supplies because we didn't want to pay Disney prices for their Smore kit. Campsite had plenty of room to set up and bathrooms was always immaculate and climate controlled.
Pros:
Bathrooms are best ever for a campground. Sites are great with plenty of flat area to set tent and area to park.Cons:
Pool area got VERY crowded. Some rules aren't enforced and you do need to watch out for golf carts. Not everyone is a good driver.Review of Casey's Corner

We will ride the boat over from Disney Springs just to go here and get the Beignets. It is a highlight for us. It is just fried dough but it involved memories for us so it does taste special. Port Orleans French Quarter is one of our top two moderate resorts.
Pros:
Beignets are yummy! Always have had quick service and an open table.Cons:

We stayed at the Jambo House from 05/12-05/20/18. We rented points through David's DVC rentals. We absolutely loved the place! The view from our balcony each day was spectacular. The bus service was very good. We highly recommend the Starlight Safari tour!! Very educational and a great way to get up close with the animals.
Pros:
Great room, great restaurants.Cons:
The lobby was a little dark for our liking. Wish it was a little brighter in there, but a minor detail.Review of Caribbean Beach Resort (Moderate Resort)

We had our worst stay at a Moderate at the CBR. We found a dropped pill on the carpet when we first checked in. I am glad there were not young children we us. We googled and found out what prescription was and it was something for Acid Reflux I think. We also found an empty fruit cup container up under the bed. We did enjoy walking around the resort...the center island was very nice. The feature pool is one of our favorites at a moderate - the slide is very fun. We did try a quiet pool but our skin felt weird when we got in that one so we got out. All of us broke out in a rash afterwards. We alerted Disney and we were given a resort credit. The resort is very big so there are a lot of guests. The feature pool can get very crowded. The bus returning to CBR from the park was also super crowded.
Pros:
Feature pool is awesome!Cons:
We had an issue with cleanliness and pool maintenance. I believe both to be a rare exception. We have logged many Disney stays and only 2 times have they not lived up to potential. Not sure I would go back to CBR though.Review of Casey's Corner

Eat here every visit. Was here in July. Just ordered typical hot dog nothing extra. My mom had never ate here & loves hot dogs. Tasty as ever. Only complaint.... seating or lack of. We were able to go sit under shade at Tomorrow land Terrace which was open that day.

First time dining here using ROL pkg in July. We checked in 30 min early due to pending storm clouds. Took us right away. They have a covered wauting area with ice water available. Characters came around in a timely manner. Buffet was very good. Really enjoyed coconut shrimp curry & chicken curry. Wasnt very spicy but that was good. Was on dining plan so got adult beverages. Similiar to pina colada but with raspberry puree. You can find at most restaurants. Read mixed reviews about ROL pkg but was totally worth it. Front row seats even with my mom who was in ECV
